Basic licence entitles the holder to sell food, non-alcoholic beverages as well as wine and prosecco. The take-away licence includes the production area of 9m² (3m × 3m).
In addition to the take-away licence, the beer licence entitles the holder to sell beer exclusively from the range of products of the Buskers Bern beverage partner.
No new beer licences are currently being issued.
The spirit licence entitles the holder to sell spirits in addition to the take-away licence. Vendors with a food offer are exempt from acquiring a spirit licence.
Buskers Bern offers stand operators the opportunity to purchase beer and mineral spirits from a reduced assortment at two storage locations in the Old Town during the three days of the festival.
