#Lab Stage

You are welcome to apply until 1st May for the next Buskers Bern, 6 – 8 August 2026. We look forward to reading about your project in the fields of music, dance, theatre, performance, etc. that you would like to try out and present to an audience.
The Lab Stage is primarily aimed at people under the age of 25, but is in principal a testing ground – or laboratory – for the realisation of new, creative ideas and is open to everyone.

To apply, you need to both fill in the application form and send an e‑mail to laborbuehne@buskersbern.ch with pictures, links to recordings, videos, social media etc.

#Kids Programme & Bizaar Action Market

Are you skilled at batik dyeing? Or crocheting, wood carving, breakdancing, soldering, playing darts, screen printing or teaching others how to do a handstand? Then sign up to offer a stand or workshop at the next Buskers Bern, 6 – 8 August 2026, at the Bizaar Action Market on the Münster (Cathedral) platform! From perfectly normal to totally absurd – all ideas are welcome. Ideally, you should be a group of people who can take turns over the three days. We accept applications until 1st May.

If you would like to offer something for the youngest visitors, you can also apply until 1st May.

Read the information below about the Bizaar Action Market or the Kids Programme and send the completed application form to bizaar@buskersbern.ch. The info sheets and application form are all in German but you are welcome to fill it out in English. The Bizaar Action Market and the Kids Programme are waiting for your unusual, participatory project or workshop. Both will take place on the Münster (Cathedral) platform.

The booking for the main programme of the 23rd edition of Buskers Bern, 6 – 8 August 2026, is completed. No further applications can be considered. We will be happy to accept applications from artists for the 24th Buskers Bern, 12 – 14 August 2027, from November 2026 onwards.
