No Hidden Tracking
We do not embed Google Fonts (we even specifically removed them from the shop plugin) and show neither YouTube embeds nor Like buttons. The same goes for Facebook, Instagram, and all that social media nonsense.
Cookie for Shop
The only cookie on the homepage is used for the shop’s shopping basket. The provider Snipcart stores your basket, and in the event of an order, Snipcart stores your postal and email address and sends a request to Stripe, where the credit card payment is handled. We cannot see your credit card details. Nor do we need to. We can see names and orders. We need these for shipping.
Forms
Your registration as a volunteer, your email address for the newsletter, and your details as a member of Buskers Bern associationend up in the same database as our homepage. This means, firstly: only we and the technical support from our hosting provider can view this. And secondly: we guard it just as well as our homepage. Our host relies on providers for data storage. You may request the deletion of your data at any time: web@buskersbern.ch.
