Alle 36 Vorver­kaufs­stel­len sind nun mit Bände­li & Programm­hef­ten ausge­rüs­tet, die als 3‑Ta­ges-Festi­val­pass gültig sind. Du erhältst also beides zusam­men ab heute in den hier aufge­führ­ten Läden direkt in die Hand. Einen herz­li­chen Dank an all die treu­en und auch neuen Geschäf­te – ihr seid wunderbar!

Bis am Mitt­woch, 5. August um 15 Uhr kannst du Bände­li & Programm­heft auch in unse­rem Online­shop bestel­len. Wenn du das Programm­heft im Vorn­her­ein besorgst, kannst du dir bereits einen Festi­val­plan machen, damit du möglichst viel siehst und nicht immer in den hinters­ten Reihen stehst.

Vorverkaufsstellen

Buskers Bern darf auf die Unter­stüt­zung von zahl­rei­chen Geschäf­ten zählen, die unse­re Bände­li & Programm­hef­te als Vorver­kaufs­stel­le anbie­ten. Letz­te Woche zurr­ten fleis­si­ge Helfer:innen tausen­de von Bände­li an Programm­hef­te, welche wir dann an die Vorver­kaufs­stel­len verteil­ten.

Buskers Bern findet auf frei zugäng­li­chem Gelän­de statt. Mit dem Kauf eines Bände­li & Programm­hefts sicherst du das Weiter­be­stehen des Festi­vals, zahlst u.a. Unter­kunft, Essen und Reise der Künstler:innen oder die gesam­te Infra­struk­tur wie Licht, Bühnen, Schil­der, WCs, etc.
Und: Nur im gedruck­ten Programm­heft erfährst du, welche Artists wo und wann auftreten.

Den Frei­tag des Festi­vals konn­ten wir bereits dank all den tollen Menschen, die sich ange­mel­det haben, decken. Für Donners­tag und Sams­tag gibt es noch diver­se freie Einsät­ze – wäre das etwas für dich und viel­leicht auch deine Freund:innen? Meldet euch gleich an!🤗

Als Volun­teer erhältst du ein exklu­si­ves Buskers Bern Staff-T‑Shirt, einen Staff-Badge (berech­tigt zu Gratis-Eintritt zur After­par­ty – sogar wenn es voll ist!), ein Festi­val­bän­de­li & Programm­heft, pro Einsatz­tag ein Abend­essen (3‑Gang-Menü inkl. Geträn­ke) und pro Einsatz­tag ein Freigetränk.

B & B-Tage

Beim soge­nann­ten «bügle & brät­le» mit Buskers Bern berei­ten viele wunder­ba­re Menschen alles Mögli­che für das Festi­val vor. Letz­te Woche wurden Kisten von Estrich und Keller geschleppt, Reser­va­ti­ons­ti­ckets perfo­riert, Schil­der sortiert, Badges ange­schrie­ben, Trink­bons zuge­schnit­ten und tausen­de von Bände­li & Programm­hef­ten zusam­men­ge­führt und in Karton­kis­ten und Verkaufs­ta­schen verpackt.

Merci viel­mals an all die helfen­den Hände!

Presale Offices

Dear friends and anyo­ne interested,

All 36 presa­le offices now have program­me book­lets & festi­val brace­lets available, which are valid as a 3‑day festi­val pass. So from today, you can pick them up straight away from the shops listed here. A huge thank you to all our loyal and new part­ner shops – you’re brilliant!

Book­let & brace­let are also available at our online shop until 3 pm on Wednes­day 5. August. If you get hold of the program­me in advan­ce, you can plan your festi­val itin­era­ry so that you will see as much as possi­ble and avoid ending up in the back rows all the time.

Presale Offices

Buskers Bern can count on the support of nume­rous shops, which act as presa­le offices for our program­me book­lets & festi­val brace­lets. Last week, hard-working volun­teers atta­ched thou­sands of brace­lets to the program­mes, which we then distri­bu­ted to the presa­le offices.

Buskers Bern takes place on a free­ly acces­si­ble site. By purcha­sing a program­me book­let & festi­val brace­let, you are helping to ensu­re the festival’s contin­ued exis­tence, cove­ring costs such as the artists’ accom­mo­da­ti­on, food and travel, as well as the enti­re infra­struc­tu­re, inclu­ding light­ing, stages, signage, toilets, etc.
What’s more, only the prin­ted program­me tells you which artists are performing where and when. 

Volunteers at Buskers Bern

We’ve alre­a­dy cover­ed all the slots for Friday of the festi­val thanks to all the magni­fi­cent peop­le who’ve signed up. There are still various slots available for Thurs­day and Satur­day – would that be some­thing for you, and perhaps your friends too? Sign up now!

As a volun­teer, you’ll recei­ve an exclu­si­ve Buskers Bern staff T‑shirt, a staff badge (which entit­les you to free entry to the after­par­ty – even if it’s full!), a festi­val brace­let & program­me book­let, one dinner per day of volun­tee­ring (a three-cour­se meal inclu­ding drinks) and one free drink per day of volunteering.

B&B Days

At the so-called ​‘bügle & brät­le’ event with Buskers Bern, lots of wonderful peop­le are getting all sorts of things ready for the festi­val. Last week, boxes were hauled up from the loft and down from the cellar, reser­va­ti­on tickets were perfo­ra­ted, signs were sorted, badges were label­led, drink vouch­ers were cut to size, and thou­sands of festi­val brace­lets and program­me book­lets were brought toge­ther and packed into card­board boxes and sales bags.
