The people behind Buskers Bern

With three people in the office throughout the year, up to 40 people help out in the OC.

Throughout the year we work in threes. We are The Office” and set up the festival: Obtaining permits and money, contact with authorities, hotels and partners, logistics, negotiating contracts for various spaces and services, graphics, bracelet and t‑shirt procurement and much more. Most of the time we spend on booking: checking applications, tracking down artists, scouting, contacting and inviting them. The Office” are: Christine Wyss, Julia Wietlisbach and Stefan Jampen.

OC Buskers Bern

The closer the festival gets, the more people get involved in the final organization. The Buskers Bern OC consists of about 40 people. They are in charge of the following departments: gastronomy, technics in general, sound technics in particular, volunteers, youth stages, Bizaar and children’s program, bracelet sales and logistics, cleanliness, information booths, and festival logistics.
