Schnup­pe­re Festi­val­luft und sei haut­nah bei der Durch­füh­rung dieses Berner Gross­an­las­ses dabei.

Du über­nimmst während der Festi­val­ta­ge 2 – 3 Schich­ten in unter­schied­li­chen Berei­chen: Du bringst als fliegende:r Verkäufer:in Festi­val­bän­de­li & Programm­heft an die Besu­chen­den, verkös­tigst Staff und Artists durch deine Mithil­fe in der Küche, gibst den Besu­chen­den Auskunft am Info­stand, fährst Artists zum Flug­ha­fen, hilfst ihnen bei der Plat­zie­rung ihres Autos oder betä­tigst dich als Spiel­ort- oder Artist-Betreuer:in.

Du bekommst ein Buskers-Shirt, einen Badge, ein Soli-Bände­li mit Programm­heft inkl. Gratis­ein­tritt zur After­par­ty im PROGR (Einlass auch bei full house), ein Drei­gang-Menu und ein Frei­ge­tränk pro Einsatztag.

Bist du zwischen 8- und 14-jährig und möch­test Teil von Buskers Bern werden? Wunderbar!

Neben­bei kannst du auch gleich dein Sack­geld aufbes­sern. Melde dich jetzt gleich als Bändeli-Junior:in an und verkau­fe am Festi­val Bän­de­li & Programmhefte.

Pro verkauf­tes Bände­li geht ein Batzen an dich. Deine Schicht dauert rund 3.5 Stun­den und findet zwischen 14.30 und 20.00 Uhr an zwei oder drei Festi­val­ta­gen statt. Auch deine Kolleg:innen, Geschwis­ter, Verwand­ten oder Nachbar:innen sind herz­lich will­kom­men. Ihr könnt allei­ne oder zu zweit als Junior-Verkäufer:innen unter­wegs sein.

Mit dem Kauf eines Festi­val­bän­de­lis unter­stützt du das Festi­val und sicherst sein Weiter­be­stehen, denn nur so können all die Kosten gedeckt werden, die ein Anlass dieser Grös­se mit sich bringt. Zudem sind die Auftritts­zei­ten und ‑orte der verschie­de­nen Grup­pen einzig im Programm­heft zu finden – so verpasst du sicher keine Acts.

We still need more volun­teers, as this incre­di­ble festi­val can only happen thanks to count­less helping hands. Are you in?

You can pre-order the festi­val brace­let & program­me book­let to have them in your letter­box by July. Or you can buy them at one of our great Presa­le offices, where they will be available from 20 July.

If you’ve signed up as a volun­teer, you’ll recei­ve a festi­val brace­let from us. Addi­tio­nal­ly you can offer your loved ones program­me book­lets and festi­val bracelets.😉

Be right at the heart of the festival!

Get a taste of the festi­val atmo­sphe­re and get up close and perso­nal with the orga­ni­sa­ti­on of this major event.

During the festi­val days, you will take on 2 – 3 shifts in diffe­rent domains: You might be selling program­me book­lets & festi­val brace­lets to the festi­val visi­tors as a flying sales­per­son, you may provi­de meals for the staff and artists by helping in the kitchen, you may support visi­tors at the infor­ma­ti­on booths, drive artists to the airport, help them find their parking or work as a venue super­vi­sor or an artist carer.

You will be reward­ed with a Buskers T‑shirt, an offi­ci­al festi­val badge, a festi­val brace­let & program­me book­let inclu­ding free entry to the after-party at PROGR (admis­si­on even if the house is full) and a three-cour­se meal and a free drink on every day you volunteer.

Here you can sign up for your shifts right away. The sign up form is only available in German but language should­n’t stop you from parti­ci­pa­ting, not every task requi­res German.

Bracelet Juniors

Are you between 8 and 14 years old and want to be part of Buskers Bern? Great!

At the same time you top up your pocket money. Sign up as a Brace­let Juni­or now and you will be selling festi­val brace­lets & program­me book­lets during Buskers Bern.

For every brace­let & program­me book­let you sell, you will keep a small amount of the payment. Your shift lasts more or less 3.5 hours and takes place between 2.30pm and 8pm on two or three festi­val days. Your friends, siblings, rela­ti­ves or neigh­bours are also very welco­me. You can go alone or in pairs as juni­or vendors.

Pre-order Festival Bracelets

Pre-order your program­me book­let & festi­val brace­let online (on the German shop site) and you’ll recei­ve it hot off the press in the post in July.

By buying a festi­val brace­let, you’re support­ing the festi­val and helping to ensu­re its future, as this is the only way to cover all the costs invol­ved in an event of this scale. What’s more, the perfor­mance times and venues of the invi­ted artists can only be found in the program­me book­let – so you’re sure not to miss any acts.
